SEW is based on Elliott waves, actually Sew stand for Simplified Elliott Wave.
L means Long or buy, S for Short/Sell
Our anchor time frame is 120’ but sometimes we take entry based on the 5’ time frame, so when we put 5 you have to look for the pattern on the 5’ time frame and adjust the stops accordingly.
When you receive my newsletter, try to figure out by yourself why we placed the entries, once the system become instinctive to you, you’ll make money.
Here are again the rules for Sew:
The SEW System :
Sew stand for simplified Ew our aim is to use Ew without the hassle of constantly counting
the overall scenario but instead just use it's simplest form i.e. 5w corrected by 3w .
Anchor time frame 120’
Secondary time frame 5’
Indicator: Any oscillator, we are interested only with divergence.
1/ Set up:
Start from the latest new H/L.
Scenario 1
120’ there is a 5w move and divergence on the last move.
5’ Go on the 5’:
Wait 5w move in the opposite direction and trigger on a 3w counter move
in the Fibo 0.50/0.628 region.
Scenario 2
120’ there is a 3w move.
a/ It was a large move
Go on the 5’
Wait 5w move in the opposite direction and trigger on a 3w counter move
in the Fibo 0.50/0.628 region.
(Be more aggressive if the 120’ 3w move is itself in the Fibo region of the previous move).
b/ It was a small move and the previous move was impulsive
trigger on the break of w B
2/ Money management:
Take 2 positions P1 and P2.
P1: Target 50 pips or closest Support/Resistance.
P2: Target as per Ew rules but respect Support/Resistances
Stops: At the beginning the stop is as per EW on the origin of the pattern, but soon the stop
Usually can be move to the latest H/L that makes sense with the Ew pattern.
The newsletter is divided in 2 parts:
1/Entries:
Entries are given in advance, either you place limits order or if you trade intraday you monitored these level and enter via a 5’ chart. When they are triggered a t is written: L5 @ 1.3115/t
2/ on the second part of the letter are positions that have been triggered and still running. A stop and T (target) are indicated so for instance: EUR/: L @ 1.3115 Stop @ 1.3150 T:1.3300 P1+50
